Shop Policies

All items are handmade, therefore each piece may differ slightly from one another and colors/patterns may differ slightly from the picture.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 3-5 days processing. I try to get orders out as quickly as possible but many items are made to order. If quick delivery is important, please reach out and I can give you an accurate processing time base on your purchase and demand on the shop.

PERSONALIZATION:

Please double-check that your personalization information is correct! Refunds will not be issued for personalization errors if the item we send matches the information you entered. We strive to provide you with a great product that you love, so we encourage you to make sure the information is correct before ordering.

If you are ordering more than one, make sure to add each order to your cart individually so we have the correct personalization information for each individual item.

PROOF:

A proof will be messaged to you within 48 hours after ordering. Once you approve of this proof, we will continue processing your order. Please respond within 48 hours of receiving the proof! Once the proof is approved, no refunds or returns will be accepted for personalization changes.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds and returns will be accepted for any damaged or defective items. Refunds and returns will not be accepted for personalized items after the proof has been approved. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions - we strive to make you happy with your product!
